If you had to give one life-changing tip, what would it be?

Lately, I’ve been hearing it everywhere.
“I’m in my baddie era.”
And honestly? I kind of love it.
I’ve even started doing hot mat Pilates, trying to take better care of myself, and embracing this season of becoming healthier and stronger. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to look good, feel confident, or show up as the best version of yourself.
But here’s where I think we have to be careful…
Don’t let the baddie era become your identity.
Your worth has never been measured by your waistline, your wardrobe, your makeup, or how many people double-tap your latest post.
Real confidence runs much deeper than that.
I’ve met women with the perfect image who were carrying unimaginable pain. And I’ve met women who had been through absolute hell, yet radiated a confidence that came from surviving, healing, and refusing to let their past define them.
That’s the kind of confidence that lasts.
Be the woman who works out because she loves her body—not because she hates it.
Be the woman who dresses up because it brings her joy—not because she needs validation.
Be the woman who chases her goals, builds her dreams, and walks with confidence—but never forgets that your greatest beauty is found in your character.
Your kindness.
Your integrity.
Your resilience.
Your faith.
The world will always have another trend. Another aesthetic. Another version of who it thinks women should become.
But those things come and go.
Character doesn’t.
So go ahead and enjoy your baddie era.
Wear the outfit.
Take the Pilates class.
Build your confidence.
Just don’t forget that the most beautiful thing about you was never what people could see.
It was always who you were becoming.
